The company invested to build a comprehensive scrap metal resources recycling base which combines import, recycling, storage, processing and distribution aiming at integrating scrap metal resources both at home and abroad. The production, processing and distribution carried out in the base all meet the relevant standards of the State Environmental Protection Administration of China. Currently, the annual processing capacity is up to 500 thousand tons, which will hit 2 million tons in 2010, by that time, the base will become the biggest one of its kind in China.

The company invested in the project of 1-million-ton delayed coking in Cangzhou area, Hebei province, realizing all-process hazard-free refining of polypropylene, gas, diesel oil, and liquefied gas, etc. using such secondary processed petroleum products as heavy fuel oil, residual oil and slurry oil. Through processing of petroleum production discards, the purpose of saving energy sources and recycling reproducible resources is fulfilled.

The company invested to build the Asia-biggest shale new-type building material production base in Ji County, Tianjin. The base produces energy saving environmentally-friendly wall materials with raw materials like shale from barren hills, fly ash, coal gangue and etc. The products of the base meet the state energy-saving requirement and are used to build the loading walls and foundations of multi-layer buildings. The annual production capacity of shale sintered bricks is 800 million standard pieces.
